You can book a cleaning service by clicking on "Orders" in the sidebar and then clicking "Create Order". Select your preferred date, time, duration, and any extra services you need.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking from the Orders page. Click on the booking you want to modify and select the appropriate option. Please note that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your payment information is securely stored and encrypted.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with the cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion, and we'll arrange a re-clean at no extra cost.

No, you don't need to be home. You can provide entry instructions when booking, such as a door code or key location. Our cleaners are fully vetted and insured.

Our cleaners use professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning supplies. If you prefer, you can choose to have the cleaner use your own supplies at a reduced rate.
